Refund policy


Due to sanitary & health regulations, Golden Lash Shop is unable to accept returns on any opened packages, adhesives or make-up products. 

If you wish to return an item, simply contact us at golden_lash_shop@yahoo.com prior to sending back the items and we can assist you with the process. No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser, however Golden Lash Shop will cover the costs of shipping if the return is a result of our error. All returned items must be unopened, in original packaging and returned to us undamaged within 14 days of receipt of your order.  You will receive your refund  within 7 days and any further shipping charged incurred by us on the original order.

You must notify Golden Lash Shop within 14 days of receipt of your products to grant an exchange. Items sent back for exchange must be unopened and in the original packaging and must arrive back to us undamaged. If the products returned are damaged or are not in the same condition as they were sent to you in, the items will be immediately returned to you. If the products are undamaged and unopened, you will receive store credit for the returned items. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. No items will be accepted for exchange without prior authorisation.  

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
